Shipping & Return Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days following receipt of your order (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.

Free shipping is available for all retail customers, making your shopping experience more convenient and cost-effective.

Order Cancellation & Refused Orders

Once the order has begun processing or shipped, it cannot be canceled. If a customer no longer wants the item:

  • A Return Merchandise Authorization Number (“RMA”) must be requested.
  • A restocking fee will be applied.
  • The customer is responsible for all shipping charges.

Lost Packages

Please notify us in writing about non-delivered packages within five (5) days of the Estimated Delivery Date. Without such notification, JohnDawsonUSA will not be responsible for a lost parcel.

Packages must be shipped and tracked via a professional courier or mail service provider. If RMA instructions are not followed, we shall not be liable for items that do not arrive in our warehouse.

Domestic Shipping

  • Shipping options and charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Deliveries are handled by FedEx, UPS, or USPS.
  • Our in-store pickup hours are 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday–Friday. Please call before pickup and bring your order confirmation email.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable. For returns, prepaid labels may be issued, with shipping deducted from refunds.

International Shipping

  • We ship to Canada, Mexico, and other countries (calculated at checkout).
  • Deliveries are handled by DHL, FedEx, UPS, or other couriers.
  • Import duties, VAT, and brokerage fees are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Failure to accept delivery may result in package abandonment and loss of credit.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers must handle return shipping.

Order Status

When your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for tracking info to update.

If you have not received your order within five (5) days of the confirmation email, contact us at info@johndawsonusa.com with your name and order number.

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns accepted within 30 days if unused and in original condition.
  • Refunds issued minus shipping costs and restocking fees.
  • Damaged items must be reported within 7 days with RMA issued.
  • Original packaging, UPC barcode, and all accessories must be included.<
